If you are looking for a fun activity for the whole family this 4th of July in the Phoenix area, you are in luck. There are plenty of activities to choose from that everyone will enjoy. Cave Creek is starting the holiday early on July 3rd, with their fireworks celebration Harold’s Corral. The party starts at 5:30 p.m. with a barbecue and live music that will continue throughout the night. There will be drink specials, prizes, and face painting. The fireworks will start as soon as the sun goes down.
The Chandler area, the annual Red, White, and Rawhide festival will be going on at the Gila River Indian Community, right near the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa. The two day event starts at 5 p.m. each day and goes until 11 p.m. There will be seven different bands performing throughout the two days, including Jay Perez, Shining Starr, and Neon Circus. Tickets range from $15 to $25 if bought at the door. There will be food trucks, drink vendors, and ice cream that is offered on site.
Fountain Park is holding a Fourth at the Fountain festival from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 4th. Tickets are $5 for anyone over 21, and admission is free for people 20 and under. All the activities inside the festival are free, but be sure to bring cash for food and gifts. There will be bounce houses for the children and the Hilltop Band will be providing entertainment. The spectacular fireworks show will start at 9 p.m.
